Coming Home to Austin

Cathy worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect condo. I had a lot of requirements for my first place and a very small budget, but Cathy never made me feel like I was any less important because of it. If we walked in to a place and I knew it wasn't for me, she didn't try to convince me otherwise. She listened to me and was very professional at all times, not to mention fun!

Cathy and I met at an open house, realized we had lots of mutual friends and hit it off immediately! She was so helpful after the death of my father as my sister and I had to clean out and sell our family home. The guidance that Cathy and her team gave us with updating and staging was invaluable. We were extremely pleased with the entire process and sales price! She also helped me in the purchase of my new townhome and she understood exactly what I was looking for. Having Cathy as my realtor was the best decision ever!

We had a great experience working with Cathy. Her personality, knowledge, communication, candor and professionalism were impressive. She did a great job negotiating the sale and purchase of our homes – a total of three, now! She was our realtor at the beginning but now she’s our friend. We recommend her to all our friends because we know she will go out her way to make things happen for them, too!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new home in Austin. We began emailing and talking with Cathy before we left Atlanta. By the time we came to Austin she knew what we were looking for, we found our home – mission accomplished! She also helped with referrals for getting set up in a new city.
